We regularly advise and represent our clients in Labor and Immigration Courts on cases related to UAE Labor Law, DIFC Employment Law and ADGM Labor Laws, and our clients include both individuals as well as local and international companies. We provide comprehensive and knowledgeable advice to clients at any stage of the employment relationship, and pride ourselves on offering a solution focused and pragmatic approach to all instructions, based on market norm, experience and Dubai employment law.
We assist clients both employees as well as employers to handle their labor issues arising out of the breach of terms of the employment contract or for any other ground including end of service benefits, labor dues, compensation, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures and termination. Our services include assisting with the preparation of contractual documentation, agreeing settlement terms following the termination of an employment relationship, and advice on contentious disputes before both the Dubai Labor Court and the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal and Courts. We also assist and advice clients during the mediation process at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization and free zone authorities.
