    Frequently Asked Questions

    Where is your Dubai office?

Office 308, ACICO Business Park, Deira, Dubai, UAE. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00. You can call +971 4 269 7998, message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry through our form.

How do I choose a law firm in Dubai?

Check that the firm is licensed, that its advocates have rights of audience before the courts your case will use, and that it explains costs and strategy clearly. Ask who will handle your case and how often you will receive updates.

Do I need a lawyer to go to court in the UAE?

In many court proceedings you are represented by a licensed advocate, and some matters allow you to appear yourself. We will tell you what applies to your case at the first consultation. [lawyer to review]

What services and court representation do you provide?

We represent clients before civil, criminal, commercial, labour, real estate and family courts across the UAE. We also draft contracts and Wills, handle arbitration and mediation, and support document attestation for international use.

How do you handle arbitration and mediation?

We first assess whether settlement or arbitration protects your interests better than a court case. If so, we will prepare your position and represent you in English or Arabic. We go to litigation when it is the better route.

    How much will it cost?

Costs depend on your matter, its complexity and the forum. After your first consultation we explain the likely costs in plain terms, so you can decide with the full picture. [confirm fee policy wording]

Which languages do you work in?

We work in English and Arabic, and our team also speaks Malayalam, Hindi and Urdu.
