Ayesha Al Dhaheri Advocates & Legal Consultants is a Dubai-based legal practice established in 2024. The firm provides legal representation, litigation support, dispute resolution and legal consultancy services across a range of UAE legal matters.

The firm is supported by a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 lawyers across the UAE and India. The team’s professional experience covers civil and criminal matters, commercial and corporate law, labour and employment matters, family law, immigration, property and construction disputes, contracts, arbitration, mediation and other areas of legal practice.

The firm’s legal team includes professionals with experience in the UAE and other jurisdictions, bringing together courtroom practice, legal consultancy, arbitration, mediation, legal research and academic knowledge.

Adv. Ayesha Sabt Jawhar Suwaid AlDhaheri

Founder | Lawyer

Adv. Ayesha Sabt Jawhar Suwaid AlDhaheri is the founder of Ayesha Al Dhaheri Advocates & Legal Consultants and a UAE lawyer practising across the courts of the Emirates. She holds an LLB from Al Ghurair University in Dubai and an LLM in International Law from Al Ghurair University in Dubai. She has also completed a three-year diploma in International Relations and Political Science and is pursuing doctoral studies. Her legal practice covers a range of matters before UAE courts, including civil and criminal matters, commercial matters, contractual disputes, construction matters, family matters and labour and employment matters. She also has experience in arbitration and mediation.

Senior Legal Consultant

Adv. Shamsudeen Abdul Kharim is a Senior Legal Consultant with more than 23 years of legal experience in the UAE. He began practising in the UAE in 2003 and has developed practical experience in UAE litigation, commercial law, dispute resolution and legal consultancy. He holds an LLB from the University of Kerala, India, obtained in 1992, and an LLM in Criminology and Police Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. His professional background also includes legal practice in Indian courts. Adv. Shamsudeen is trained in mediation and holds a Certificate in Mediation and Conciliation from the Supreme Court of India.
