She obtained her Master’s Degree (LLM) from the same prestigious university in International Law, at the same prestigious institution from which she successfully completed her studies in 2020. Additionally, she enhanced her legal expertise by obtaining a three-year diploma in International Relations and Political Science from the Accountants and Chartered Institute. She also holds another diploma in qualifying leaders’ digital and artificial transformation from Emirates Strategic Planning and Foresight Future Association.

She demonstrates her exceptional dedication and competence throughout her academic journey. Ayesha has got a proven track record. Her commitment to the legal profession is demonstrated by her skill in presenting cases before judges in various courts across the UAE, with precision and skill.
In addition to her legal endeavors, Mrs. Ayesha is also a prolific author, having written five books. Of these literary works, two delve into the complexities of the law, while three are family social novels. In addition to her academic and literary achievements, she works as a full-time attorney in our esteemed office, embodying a commitment to excellence in every endeavor. She had the opportunity to work as a member of the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Emirates Football Association, Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Emirates Fencing Federation, and Director of the Cultural Committee at the Hatta Sports and Social Cultural Club. Ayesha is also a volunteer and influencer on social media sites.

Adv. Shamsudeen Abdul Kharim

Mr. Shamsudeen Abdul Kharim is a Senior Legal Consultant and has over 23 years of substantial UAE legal experience in practicing law in various discipline. He has acted as a key advisor for several UAE and International project sponsors and lenders in various financial and landmark projects. Mr. Shamsudeen is a popular legal consultant amongst the Indian community, particularly with the people of Kerala. He has been involved in several landmark compensation claim cases, and is frequently attending interviews as a legal expert on various Indian radios and television networks. He has spent more than 1730 hours in various radio interactive programs as a legal expert. He has written legal columns in many leading newspapers, published from UAE as well as in India which helped the people to know the changes in the laws and regulations by the emergence of new decrees.

Mr. Shamsudeen has been a distinguished member of the Al Kabban & Associates Advocates and Legal Consultants team since 2003. He passed the law degree from the University of Kerala in the year 1992 and he obtained his masters degree from the Madurai Kamaraj University, in Criminology and Police Administration. He started his career as an administrative officer in the subordinate judiciary in Kerala and has resigned his job after a service of 8 years and actively started practicing law. He is a leading advocate in the High Court of Kerala as well as in the Supreme Court of India and he is permanent member in the Kerala Bar Association as well as a having a membership in the Supreme Court Bar Association, New Delhi. He has appeared in many controversial matters before the High Courts and the Supreme Court in India and has obtained remarkable judgments in favor of his clients.

He started his journey as a legal consultant in UAE from 2003 onwards and have a track record of legal consultations of more than 100,000. He has done many arbitration cases and he has obtained a mediation and conciliation certificate from the Supreme Court of India as a trained mediator after successfully completed training program from the project management committee of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Bilal Shamsudeen

He started his career as a lawyer by practicing in the lower courts in Ernakulam and High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam. He holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, and an LLM in International Arbitration and Mediation from the University of Law, Birmingham, UK. With hands-on experience as an Associate at the Office of Adv. Litto Palathinkal, he has effectively represented clients in various civil litigation matters, including Money Suits, Rent Control Petitions, Partition Suits, and cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act. Mr. Bilal’s expertise extends to drafting precise legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and collaborating closely with senior advocates and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
Throughout his internships at reputable law firms and legal institutions, he has honed his skills in case preparation, legal research, and court proceedings. Mr. Bilal has a proven ability to handle complex legal issues, prepare detailed case briefs, and assist in litigation processes. His roles have included preparing case notes, assisting in tribunal proceedings, and researching legal provisions across various areas of law, including civil, criminal, and juvenile justice. Dr. Omar Abdelfattah Omar

Dr. Omar Abdelfattah Omar is a distinguished legal professional with over 30 years of experience, specializing in civil, commercial, corporate, and arbitration law. A Ph.D. holder in Law from Tanta University, he has been a practicing lawyer before the Egyptian Court of Cassation since 1991 and a registered legal consultant in the UAE since 2000. His expertise spans litigation, compliance, enforcement of foreign judgments, and corporate legal structuring, making him a trusted advisor for complex cross-border legal matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Dr. Omar serves as a Legal Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Manager, accredited by the UAE Ministry of Justice. His understanding of both Egyptian and UAE legal systems allows him to navigate regulatory challenges efficiently while safeguarding client interests.

Dr. K.P. Kylasanatha Pillay


Dr. K.P. Kylasanatha Pillay is a distinguished Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India with over 38 years of legal practice, including extensive experience before the High Court of Kerala and the apex court. Designated as a Senior Advocate in 2009, Dr. Pillay is widely respected for his expertise in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Jurisprudence, Corporate Law, and Arbitration & Mediation.

He has served as a Senior Panel Advocate for the Central Government and is a trained mediator under the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) of the Supreme Court. Dr. Pillay has handled over 1,000 cases before the Supreme Court, contributing significantly to Indian jurisprudence.

In academia, Dr. Pillay has held roles as a Ph.D. guide, Senior Visiting Professor, and resource person at premier institutions including the National Judicial Academy, Indian Law Institute, and Kerala Law Academy. His scholarly contributions include numerous publications and lectures on constitutional governance, bail jurisprudence, and sovereign accountability.

He is also a former Independent Director of NTPC, a former Vice Chairman of the Bar Council of Kerala, and an active mentor to CG3 (Connecting Governed Governing Governance), where he leads legal awareness and education initiatives across India.

Abdelrahman Saieed Abdelmalk Yossef

Abdelrahman Saieed Abdelmalk Yossef is a legal professional with a comprehensive background in civil, commercial, labor, and banking laws across the UAE and Egypt. He commenced his career as a lawyer in Cairo, practicing in lower courts and the High Court of Cairo, before transitioning to roles in Dubai. Parvathy M P is a lawyer and a member of the Trivandrum District Court Bar Association in Kerala. She has practiced at the District Court Vanchiyoor, Trivandrum. Her area of practice includes Criminal law, Civil law, ADR, Family law etc. Parvathy earned her law degree from Govt. Law College, Trivandrum, Kerala during 2005 and 2010, and obtained a Master’s in Law in Public International Law from the same institution in 2013. She secured the 2nd rank in LLM from Kerala University and received the “Justice Vamadevan Foundation Award” for securing the highest score in LLM from Govt Law College, Trivandrum. Additionally, she qualified UGC in 2013. Parvathy started her academic career as an Assistant Professor in Law at Mount Zion Law College, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, in 2014, and later joined Sree Narayana Guru College of Legal Studies, Kollam, in 2016. Based in Abu Dhabi, Amani El Sayed brings extensive experience in legal research, case management, and court procedures across multiple jurisdictions in the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and federal courts. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University, Amani is skilled in handling all stages of legal documentation, court filings, appeals, and client communication.

Amani also supports internal case management by ensuring accurate documentation, archiving, and coordination with accounting and administrative teams to maintain financial and procedural clarity across legal files.
